Easy Exfoliation!
Women frequently ask about exfoliation, what kind is best for their skin and how often they should exfoliate? A very effective and affordable way is to combine a natural cleanser with a clay that is suitable for your skin type. If you have dry, sensitive or mature skin, use a fine clay. If you cleanse every day using a cotton pad or cloth to remove accumulated particles, dead skin cells, oils or makeup, then once/week is sufficient to exfoliate. Simply moisten your skin first with warm, clean water to open your pores. Then add 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of clay to a dollop of cleanser, such as Beaulance Sea Rose Cleanse Lotion. Work in upwards and leave on for several minutes, then rinse with tepid water.
